Tvorche Nezhyt Gallery, DRUK cultural and community center
Annual exhibition of the Lytvyn family artworks collection with the participation of artists from the Kharkiv region. Each year, this exhibition offers something new, united by the fact that we are all dreamers and believe in February 31, that we create space and time. By making this exhibition a tradition, we add another day to the year, filled with art and meetings with like-minded people.
The exhibition presents paintings, books, and music by Kharkiv artists. Dina Chmuzh, Yulianna Alimova, Viktoriia Tielietien, Olha Lisovska, Mitia Fieniechkin, Kamila Yanar, Lola Hainutdinova, Ira Vodolaz, Anna Manankina, Pavel Martia, Anastasia Chornovol, ToT Dushi will present works based on their own intimate experiences and personal transformations, as well as projects shaped by the war. These include the destruction of familiar worldviews, the study of the temporality of things, the impact of war on bodily dynamics at both mental and physical levels, issues of national identity, propaganda, and more.
What will there be?
Curated tour + musical performance (HSPD live)
The exhibition will be held across all working floors. In addition to the artistic space, there will be two music halls: electronic and acoustic.
Rocket tubes and projectile casings, painted by Tot Dushi, Yuliana Alimova, and Ira Vodolaz, will also be presented. As a bonus, a virtual sculpture will be hidden inside Yuliana Alimova's trophy tube.
An important part of the event is a pop-up exhibition, a tradition inherent to both the @tvorche_nezhit gallery and the event 'February 31.' Everyone will have the opportunity to come and exhibit their works for one evening.
