This day has finally come—we are publishing a zine, or rather a visual-poetic self-published almanac, 'MOM’tsia #2.' We eagerly anticipated its birth throughout 2023 and submitted it to print just before the New Year, so technically, it still qualifies for the yearbook. And we've done it again. Art!!! This is an incredible magazine that will bring indescribable pleasure to your eyes and fingers (the print quality has improved tremendously).
It was incredibly pleasant to work on this project at every level, from the selection of authors to the final editing. Many thanks to everyone involved. You'll enjoy reading it even more. This zine is a fantastic example of what can be achieved with enthusiasm and a simple love for art. It's a pleasure to caress with the pads of your fingers, savor with your eyes, and then immerse yourself in its content.
But the most brilliant gold of this zine is its line-up.
Here you will find
Poetry: Andrii Kuranov, Yaroslav Korniev, Kateryna Chaika, Yevhen "Sych" Ostapchuk, Esther Nevinchanyi, Vadym Ksondz, Kateryna Kharchenko, Mikhail Hromovyi, Dank Ptashynyi, Denys Dmitriiev and Nazar Tykhyi.
Illustrations: Anna Sukhorebra, Daria Zorina, Dasha Zhabka, Yura Ivantsyk, Daryna Gavrish, Denys Dmitriev, Markhva Dyka, Sonia Melnyk, Solomiya Opashniuk, Vadym Ksyondz, and others whose names were clumsily lost in the publishing process torment.
In addition, at the presentation, you’ll be able to buy the magazine, meet the authors in person, and get autographs. The circulation of the zines is limited.
