17 today at 19:00 “The Revenance of the Old Lion” will attend the presentation of Ivanna Skibi-Yakubova’s poetry collection “The Replacement of Apples.”
Most of this book was written here, at Kharkov’s. And although the place is not directly stated in the texts, although most of the history is found here, the main active individuals of this collection live here. Here, for the author, the language is wasted and turned, broken and rebuilt.
The “home” presentation is moderated by Olena Huseynova, a singer, radio producer, and publicist. The author and moderator promise: “It’s clear how this book was written, where the place in it comes to light, where the Great River begins and who the King and Queen are, who are the top stories of this book.”
